Claire found a local dog meet up group - Columbia Dogs On The Go, while she was looking for hiking group over the summer. She says there are many meetings, but they are usually during the week when the humans are at work.
AND FINALLY, today is the day! The humans RSVP for an event. And off we go to a new hiking trail and an opportunity to meet new dogs and humans. We have a blast! We absolutely love walking with a large pack! with 15+ other dogs!!! After a long walk, we arrive at this playground area where we get to run around freely. It is so much fun running in circles with the big dogs, despite tripping and falling on my face. Gizmo is still shy and stays by the humans for the most part. Maybe he will be more social next time.
I can't wait for another meet up!
