Cleo is a shih tzu mix. Very sweet little girl who has been through so much. She was found wondering around Baltimore City. When the animal control found her, she was very matted...so matted that she couldn't see. Mutts Matter Rescue got her from the shelter, cleaned her up and placed her in a foster home. She is doing much better now! Her eyes require daily eyedrops to help her see better.
It's very important that she goes to a home who is committed to giving her eye drops. One of our previous fosters suffered from dry eyes, her eyes were basically matted shut when she was found. She has been on eye drops for two years now, and I heard from the adopter that her eye is doing much better! So with time, Cleo's eyes could be great again!
And here's Max, a lhasa mix. He is sooooo soft! I couldn't stop petting him. He is a young dog who loves running around. He seems very easy going and gets along with most dogs.
