As you know, both Lilo and Gizmo are rescued dogs. Lilo was pulled from a puppy mill in North Carolina, and Gizmo was left outside in the snow with his sister Lucy in South Carolina. They both turned out to be the most awesome dogs, and we simply cannot imagine our lives without them.
We have been actively volunteering with a few rescues in the Baltimore/DC area. And guess what? My friend Jessica started a new rescue - Dogs XL. As the name suggested, the rescue will focus on dogs 75+lbs. Please check out its website at DogsXLRescue.org.
